Who it's for
Larger or regulated organizations: finance, healthcare, legal, or anyone with serious compliance and eDiscovery demands, or that wants to replace a phone system with Teams Phone. If you only need one or two of E5's pieces, compare E3 plus targeted add-ons first.
When to move up
E7, the Frontier bundle, adds Microsoft 365 Copilot, the Entra Suite, and Agent 365 on top of E5. Add Microsoft 365 Copilot to E5 directly if you want the AI without the rest of the E7 bundle.
